Our client seeks two Product Owners to serve as the primary DSCX point of contact for UCC. The ideal candidates will partner with development teams to translate business needs into clear, effective customer communications across channels. This role manages backlogs and roadmaps in Jira, prepares requirements and user stories, and ensures communications meet experience and technical standards across email, SMS, RCS, push notifications, and related channels.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary DSCX point of contact for UCC on technical questions, prioritization, and handoffs.

• Collaborate with Journey Owners and complete Business Requirements Documentation for communications projects.

• Gather requirements, write user stories, and clarify experience needs for handoff to development groups.

• Act as the technical and experience liaison for communications projects with UCC.

• Create input tickets for UCC and groom projects to ensure understanding of details, triggers, and communication needs.

• Manage the team roadmap and backlog structure in Jira, aligned to UCC delivery dates.

• Review communications for clarity, experience quality, and technical parameter verification.

• Collaborate with CX, development, design/content, marketing, and customer support to deliver scalable, personalized communications.

• Oversee communications across email, SMS, RCS, push notifications, and related channels.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of Product Owner experience.

• Project management experience of 2 years is a plus. Digital producer experience may be considered in combination with product experience.

• Proficiency with Jira.

• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data and communicate effectively in writing and speaking.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.

• Skill in documenting, preparing, and presenting data-driven materials.

• Experience working with development teams to translate business needs into customer communications.

• Understanding of customer experience best practices.

• Telecommunications and prior Spectrum experience are pluses, not required.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
