You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Agile Product Owner represents business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs, so that business and/or technical delivery teams can build effective solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesPartners with sponsors, stakeholders, and Information Technology to facilitate, define and document relevant business processes, gaining an understanding of the needs, measures, and risks and controls for the improvement areaWorks with management and other stakeholders to understand and validate business strategy and vision and customer needsAssists with project level plans related to schedule, scope and resourcesWorks independently on small to medium complexity efforts, or in support of a Senior or Lead on larger effortsIdentifies, assesses, tracks and mitigates issues and risks at multiple levels.Participates in validation and testing of features prior to end user acceptanceProvides just-in-time story elaboration to designers, business analysts, developers, testers and others to develop, execute and release in alignment with program and/or product roadmapsServes as the content authority on an Agile team by maintaining a prioritized backlog of stories and providing continual business guidance for the execution teamReviews, and when appropriate, accepts and prioritizes feedback and new requirements from stakeholdersReviews and accepts or declines output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been completedWorks with the business process owners to manage and track benefits, adoption and risks to operationsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis or business operations/product linePreferencesSAFe Practitioner (SP), SAFe Agilist, or SAFe Product Owner/Manager certificationSkills and CompetenciesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressureExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsExperience in Process Engineering methodologies and Change Management practicesFamiliarity or working knowledge with multiple technical software delivery methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall)Proven ability to utilize data and analytics to formulate recommendations, solve business problems, and drive business improvementsStrong customer service orientationAdditional job detail and preferred experience for this specific opportunityAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and strong organization and communication skillsLead intake and prioritization of development work aligned to business/technology goalsKnowledge of OFAC, BSA/AML, sanctions compliance, and financial crimes risk managementKnowledge of sanctions list management, fuzzy matching algorithms and screening tuningExperience with large-scale screening platform transformations or cloud modernization initiativesExperience with sanctions screening platformsExperience JIRAExperience with ConfluenceExperience with Microsoft TeamsExperience with SharePointExperience with Microsoft 365 SuiteRegions will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
