Location:- Charlotte, NC Implementation
Serve as Product Owner for regulatory reporting and data governance initiatives, defining and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business and compliance objectives.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, finance, and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Ensure delivery of data governance frameworks, controls, and proper data lineage to support regulatory reporting accuracy and transparency.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting standards, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, CCAR).
• Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews across cross-functional teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise in regulatory reporting processes, data quality, and governance best practices to enable compliant and efficient business operations.
