Impact-Driven Digital Ads Manager

M+R is seeking a Digital Ads Manager to join its Advertising Area in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns for nonprofit clients, including display, video, SEM, and social formats. You will work closely with teams to raise revenue, acquire donors, and drive impact while maintaining rigorous reporting and deadlines. We expect 2–4 years in digital advertising, with at least 1 year in media buying or trafficking, strong Excel reporting, and #J-18808-Ljbffr M+R
