Position Description:

Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems at a high-paced manufacturing facility in Paris, TX. In this role, you will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure optimal operation of a variety of HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VAVs, AHUs, and ventilation systems. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment. Responsibilities include analyzing system data, operating and maintaining refrigerant systems, managing BMS controls, and supporting system upgrades and repairs. You will work closely with team members, follow safety procedures, and participate in emergency response as needed. Top Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or state-approved HVAC license (EPA Universal Refrigeration License highly preferred)
• Validated experience working on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, heat pumps, ventilation, and control systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Paris, TX, with a commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA standards
