We're hiring for an experienced client and family focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-center ABA services. Compensation & Incentives Base Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience. Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly. 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays. Free internal CEUs and university partnerships with tuition discounts. Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable). Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines. Preferred: 3-5 years of BCBA experience. Desired Traits: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
