What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• Hands-on experience with Splunk SIEM
• Strong understanding of security concepts including threat monitoring and log analysis
• Ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

• Monitor security events and alerts using Splunk SIEM
• Perform initial triage and investigation of alerts
• Respond to security incidents in accordance with established SLAs
• Use ServiceNow to log, track, and document incidents
• Conduct basic threat research to stay informed on emerging threats
• Collaborate with security engineering and threat hunting to resolve incidents
• Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks
