Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 1-3years of relevant professional experience, ideally within customer service or call center environments.
  
• Demonstrate superior verbal communication skills and the ability to remain composed and professional during high-pressure situations.
  
• Show a strong understanding of financial concepts and the capability to explain these ideas clearly to a diverse audience.
  
• Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  
• The compensation for this position is $26 - $32 per hour, determined by the level of expertise required and prevailing market rates.
