Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Oklahoma

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rheumatology to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers across Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Edmond. The role combines sales execution with strategic account planning in the specialty biopharmaceutical space, supporting the commercial launch and expansion of immunology therapeutics.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned Oklahoma geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging customer and market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time to track performance
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated Rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and business objective achievement
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Ability to engage customers in complex healthcare environments across in-person and virtual settings
- Understanding of market access dynamics, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill models
- Bachelor's degree required; residency in assigned territory required
