Territory Business Manager, Outpatient Care (Oklahoma Territory)

Baxter seeks an Outpatient Territory Business Manager to represent its Welch Allyn medical device portfolio across Oklahoma and East Kansas. The role involves building customer relationships, driving sales through distributors, and demonstrating equipment to healthcare facilities with up to 75% travel.
Responsibilities
- Call on physicians, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent cares, and IDNs to promote and sell monitoring, ophthalmic, ENT, and cardiopulmonary products
- Partner with distributor sales representatives to provide training, motivation, and supervision for product sales
- Demonstrate and service medical equipment to healthcare providers and clinical staff
- Develop and refine sales plans and forecasts for target markets and coordinate technical support when needed
- Execute marketing and promotional activities including trade shows to increase company and product visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, medical device preferred
- Proven medical sales experience through distribution channel partnerships
- Experience selling connected medical equipment desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Compensation: $70,400 - $96,800 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
