Production Clerk

Production Clerk - Pay Range: $20-$24/hr.

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Clerk for our client to start at $20-$24/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Shift/Schedule
1st shift: 10am - 6:30pm
2nd shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
3rd shift: 10pm - 6:30am


Monday - Friday


Position Summary

The Production Clerk is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations through accurate data entry, production reporting, and transaction processing within SAP S/4HANA. This role works closely with Production, Planning, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure process orders, batch records, and sales orders are maintained accurately and efficiently to support on-time production and shipment schedules.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create, release, and monitor production process orders within SAP S/4HANA.
• Review and confirm batch tickets to ensure production activities are accurately recorded and completed.
• Verify production data, material consumption, and finished goods transactions for accuracy.
• Review sales orders and coordinate with production planning to ensure manufacturing requirements are aligned with customer demand.
• Process inventory transactions, including material movements, goods receipts, and goods issues.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate order status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving production orders, inventory, batch records, and customer orders.
• Generate and maintain production reports, KPIs, and operational documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material tracking activities.
• Support month-end production reporting and transactional audits.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in compliance with company quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors, Planners, Customer Service, and Warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations support environment.
• Experience using SAP ERP required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.
• Experience creating and managing process orders in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of production workflows, inventory control, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in chemical, ink, paint, food, packaging, or process manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of production planning, batch manufacturing, and inventory management.
• Experience confirming batch tickets and processing production transactions.
• Familiarity with quality systems, lot traceability, and production reporting.

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.


The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
