Mesmos is a bath and wellness brand. We make shower steamers, bath bombs and gifts that help busy women take a few minutes for themselves. We're established on Amazon, and now we're building our own Shopify brand with Meta ads, creator partnerships and offers that people love.

The role

You'll own DTC growth for our Shopify store and report directly to the founder. You'll decide where the marketing money goes, find the angles and offers that work, and be measured on profitable growth, not just revenue. Our Amazon business is run by our team and agency, so your focus is building the brand and the DTC engine.

What you'll do

• Own paid acquisition on Meta (and test TikTok and Google), from budget to creative briefs to reporting
• Run our creator and UGC programme so the best creators keep making winning content
• Find the hooks, angles and offers that turn a scroll into a first order, and a first order into a subscriber
• Own retention: email, SMS, subscriptions and repeat purchase
• Improve landing pages and conversion with a weekly testing rhythm, and report what worked, what didn't and what's next
• Use AI tools to move faster than a bigger team would

You'll be a great fit if you

• Have grown a DTC consumer brand through marketing, with numbers to show for it (CAC, LTV, conversion, repeat rate)
• Have a feel for creative: you know why one ad works and another doesn't
• Think in contribution margin, not just ROAS
• Love testing and are happy to be proven wrong by the data
• Want ownership. We're open to a real share of the profit you grow
• Bonus, not required: beauty, wellness or gifting experience, or Amazon experience

Timing

We're building our team for 2027, so the ideal start is early 2027. For the right person we can start sooner. I'm taking my time to find the right fit, so expect a thoughtful process rather than a fast one.

Pay and hours

US$110,000 to 140,000 base for full-time, plus a share of the profit you grow. Part-time (20 to 30 hours a week) is also possible, with base pay pro-rated.
