Here is what you need to know about the role, our team, and why this could be the right next step in your career.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will support the clinical team by delivering exceptional care and ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for during their visit. You will be an essential part of the practice, supporting both clinical and administrative functions, including:Greeting and preparing patients for treatmentAssisting the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistrySterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized operatoryTaking and developing dental radiographs in compliance with state regulationsProviding post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene educationScheduling appointments and follow-up visitsManaging patient records accurately and securelyAssisting with insurance and payment processingSupporting front desk and administrative functions as neededSchedule Requirements:Full-time, Hours are flexible.Your BackgroundYou're a licensed RDA with a passion for patient care and a strong understanding of both the clinical and interpersonal aspects of dental assisting.
