SFS spans across multiple functional areas to achieve this excellence including pre purchase, post purchase, and returns.What you'll do: Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for global pre-purchase delivery experience initiatives, including delivery promise, expedited delivery, and speed programs. Lead complex cross-functional programs by aligning business, product, engineering, operations, and data science teams around shared objectives. Develop scalable capabilities that improve delivery transparency, customer confidence, seller performance, and Marketplace growth. Leverage data, market insights, and financial analysis to prioritize investments, manage risk, and influence executive decisions. Build organizational alignment and operational rigor to successfully deliver complex, multi-quarter initiatives. What you'll bring: Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in eCommerce, customer experience, transportation, logistics, or supply chain. Strong strategic leadership with the ability to translate vision into measurable business outcomes. Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership. Deep analytical and financial acumen with a track record of using data to shape strategy and investment decisions. Demonstrated success operating in ambiguous environments, balancing competing priorities, and delivering results through influence rather than direct authority.
