Schedule Options 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day Shift) 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Full-time positions available with consistent scheduling RN Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Complete nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly Supervise CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance (CMS/state standards) Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall quality of life Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (Required) Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred, not required Benefits Competitive pay Daily Pay option available 401(k) retirement plan Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) for full-time employees Stable scheduling and consistent hours Supportive leadership and team environment Why Work at Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation?
