Desktop Support OpportunityVirtual Service Operations is searching for highly motivated and career-driven individuals to join our growing team as Desktop Support in Aurora, CO. In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and have responsibilities in Desktop Support such as:Provide Workstation Software Break Fix supportIMAC – PC Install, Moves, Adds and ChangesImage LoadsAsset RecoveryAsset taggingPrinter SupportClient Center (Tech Bar) SupportIT Service Management UpdatesOther Client Support duties needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assignedQualifications:Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop SupportKnowledge of PC ImagingExperience with change management and incident managementExperience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk WipeCertified Dell TechnicianExpertise in Inventory ControlRequirements:Must be within driving distance of Aurora, CO and willing to work onsiteMust possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or abovePlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship statusMust be able to lift up to 40 lbsMust be able to stand or walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to walk up and down stairs or rampsMust be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spacesThis position requires assigned team members to comply with drug testing, at time of hire or at regular or random intervals.
