Technical Support Representative

Job Description Insight Globals Client, a top tier Title Company is seeking to hire a Desktop Support Technician to service their internal users. This Desktop Technician will be traveling around the metro Denver area to resolve support tickets in a timely manner and will be responding to onboarding and offboarding needs; deploying and collecting infrastructure, setting up user accounts, etc. This resource will support users both virtually and onsite for various hardware and software support, troubleshooting network connectivity issues and will help with other projects as assigned. The Desktop Tech will maintain clear documentation and efforts in the ticketing system.
