IT Help Desk Technician

Salary: $47,840 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• We want someone with 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP setting.
• We need strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across endpoints, networking, and cloud services.
• We expect experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 in business environments.
• We look for experience supporting macOS in mixed-device environments.
• We require Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
• We need experience managing users, licensing, MFA, and basic security policies.
• Familiarity with modern endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune or similar MDM platforms is important.
• Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems is required.
• We expect working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall rules.
• Experience supporting VoIP or cloud-based phone systems is needed.
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools such as EDR and email security platforms is expected.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
• We need reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
• We require willingness to work occasional nights or weekends for emergency support.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Preferred experience includes Windows, Active Directory, computer networking, and server support.
• Preferred willingness to travel up to 50%.

• We respond to service tickets, calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
• We troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, cloud, and network issues.
• We provide remote and on-site support for client environments.
• We support Microsoft 365 environments, including user management and administration.
• We configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• We assist with firewall, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
• We document all work completed in the ticketing system.
• We escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the client experience.
• We proactively identify potential issues before they affect clients.
• We deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
