Lead Lot Operations Specialist/HR Administrator This role serves as a key operational and administrative resource responsible for supporting daily operations, new hire onboarding, and human resources administration. It provides day-to-day leadership and training and serves as a primary point of contact for new employees onboarding and orientation. Additionally, the position supports HR functions including recruiting and hiring administration, safety reporting, training coordination, compliance activities, and events coordination. Through collaboration with Operations leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional partners, the role helps drive operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, create positive employee experiences, and maintain a safe, engaged, and productive workforce. Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years of experience; OR 9 years of experience in a related field. Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required. Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical activities including walking long distances, entering and exiting vehicles, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods as business needs require. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while supporting employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred 3-5+ years of experience in operations, human resources, employee onboarding, training, administration, or a related field. Previous experience leading, coaching, training, or coordinating employees in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong knowledge of lot operations, vehicle movement, inventory control, sale-day activities, and operational workflows. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a highly organized and people-focused operational leader who can successfully balance employee onboarding, HR administration, and frontline lot operations responsibilities. This individual demonstrates strong leadership, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with employees while ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and positive employee experience. Compensation Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08 per hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
