Senior Employee Relations Specialist

In Human Resources at Main Campus Lee Building

Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, Onsite M-F 8a - 4:30p.

Summary:
Responsible for providing support to Leave Management and Employee Relations function of the Human Resources Department. Assists department in carrying out various Human Resources programs for all employees.

Other information:

Education

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or other related field required

Experience

• Strong knowledge of word and excel required.
• Two (2) years of experience in human resources, required.
• Two (2) years of experience administering the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other federal, state, and local leave regulations, preferred.
• Strong written and oral communications skills required.

Licensure

• None required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution
