Reimagined and reopened in 2022, 17 Arrows Kraft Kitchen & Bar is quickly becoming a beloved dining destination in the Polaris area. Nestled inside the stunning AAA Four-Diamond Hilton Polaris, our restaurant offers the prestige of the Hilton name, operated by the dedicated hospitality experts at Crescent Hotels & Resorts.

We are looking for our next Executive Chef to join us on our Food & Beverage team.

Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Executive Chef, you will be working with our team to ensure the delivery of excellent service in accordance with our high standards. You will be working with our culinary, restaurant, and catering teams to achieve Conrad Hilton's vision of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
Does this sound like you?
You thrive in fast paced environments, and don't shy away from working hard. You are able to lift up to 30 lbs, and walk/stand for long periods of time. You have a keen eye for detail, and understand the importance of guest experience from the first greeting to closing the check. You feel comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise and making it right for our guests every time. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role, and will be heavily utilized while supporting the restaurant operations and launching marketing campaigns. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
