Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a Universal Banker at our Longmont, CO branch! The hourly rate for this position is $18.00–$20.00 per hour depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location. This full‑time position works 40 hours per week. Universal Banker Overview The Universal Banker combines the roles of Teller, Personal Banker, and Customer Service Representative. This position delivers retail banking products and services to customers, processes customer transactions, and develops new business opportunities with current and potential customers. Ideal candidates are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, are detail‑oriented, and possess strong computer skills. Responsibilities Perform full‑service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch. Carry out teller duties, including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on other products and services. Focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits. Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and individual and branch targets. Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options. Education / Experience Preferred High school diploma or equivalent. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Working Conditions The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work‑related tasks. Regular walking, occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing may be required. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
