The Role We’re hiring a Product Data Analyst III to join the Data & Analytics team supporting Fanatics Collect. This role will focus on product insights, experimentation, marketplace performance, and AI-enabled analytics workflows across the Collect experience. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketplace, Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams to understand customer behavior, optimize key product journeys, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, selling activity, vault usage, and marketplace liquidity. As a Product Data Analyst III , you will be expected to own well-defined analytical workstreams and contribute to more ambiguous business and product questions with guidance from analytics leadership. You will help translate business questions into analytical plans, define and track success metrics, evaluate feature impact, build scalable reporting, and surface insights that inform roadmap and operating decisions. This role will also contribute to AI-first insight generation across the organization by using AI tooling, automated workflows, and repeatable analytical frameworks to accelerate discovery, improve self-service decision-making, and make product insights more accessible to stakeholders while maintaining strong analytical rigor. You’ll work across the analytics stack, including, Sigma, Amplitude, Snowflake, Claude/OpenAI, and dbt while partnering on data quality, event instrumentation, experimentation, and product measurement. While the primary focus is product analytics, this role may also support broader stakeholder needs across financial, accounting, marketplace, and enterprise functions as required.
