Job Description
Join our team as a Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly line, building hydraulic pumps for various equipment sizes. You will work with hand and power tools to assemble components according to specifications and ensure the integrity of the final product through testing processes.
Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic pumps using hand and power tools.
• Ensure components are placed in order and assembled per specifications.
• Assist with the assembly of other pump types as needed.
• Utilize presses to finalize pump assembly.
• Conduct tests on completed products to check for leaks.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Previous industrial experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and self-motivation.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility with three shift options available: 1st shift from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday; 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday; and 3rd shift from 8 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Thursday. Please note that some Fridays and Saturdays are required until August 2026

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
