Warehouse / Forklift Operator

Location: Salem, OR
Pay: $19–$23/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join our team in Salem!

In this role, you will work in a warehouse environment loading and unloading trucks, moving product in and out of our freezers, and safely putting product away into our racking system.

Job Duties:

Load and unload trucks
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
Move product in and out of freezer/cold-storage areas
Put product away and organize inventory within the racking system
Pull and stage product as needed
Follow safety procedures and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience
Forklift experience required
Must have experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
Ability to safely move and handle product
Dependable and reliable attendance
Able to follow directions and work independently
Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Cold-storage or freezer warehouse experience is a plus , but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

This position has the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate!
