As a Warehouse Associate and RF Picker, you'll support critical warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, seamless order fulfillment, and timely shipping. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate and RF Picker, you will be responsible for: Assisting with inventory preparations and order fulfillment processes, ensuring items are ready for shipment. Accurately pulling, packing, and labeling orders for delivery. Using RF scanners to track inventory precisely and update stock records. Recognizing different sizes and types of nuts and bolts, including decimals and fractions (such as 1/8, 1/4, 3/4 inches). Operating forklifts safely, if certified, to move stock within the warehouse. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanning technology. High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory precision. Experience with RF scanners or similar inventory management tools. Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and assist with team lifts up to 150 lbs. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
