RPA Customer Engagement Specialist (Fully Remote)

This role helps expand the adoption of robotic process automation across federal healthcare organizations. You will identify operational challenges and connect them with practical automation opportunities. Success is measured by meaningful opportunities progressing from initial conversations to viable automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new RPA opportunities across healthcare organizations and supported groups. Build and maintain relationships with leaders and process owners, conducting process-discovery discussions. Develop outreach strategies and coordinate demonstrations, briefings, and customer-facing communications. Requirements: Active Secret clearance and experience in customer engagement, account management, or business development. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences. Familiarity with RPA, federal healthcare, and CRM tools is preferred.
