This position calls for a curious, precision-driven professional who is as comfortable following rigorous standards as they are exploring new ways to improve efficiency and reliability in a high-throughput lab environment.By joining Coca?Cola's global network of innovators and quality leaders, you will play a key role in protecting our reputation for excellence and supporting our growth through data-driven, science-based solutions.What You'll Do for UsPerform accurate and timely analytical testing using approved methodologies in alignment with ISO 17025 quality management standardsPrepare, analyze, and interpret data to confirm compliance with established product specifications and quality standardsRecord results using standardized documentation practices and escalate findings or non-conformances through defined review processesSupport smooth laboratory operations, including sample management, routine housekeeping, and adherence to testing prioritiesMaintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring equipment readiness and accurate performanceParticipate in preventive maintenance programs and assist in evaluating new technologies and instruments for laboratory adoptionCollaborate with team members and scientists to align on priorities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely communication of analytical resultsContribute to internal auditing activities by verifying data accuracy and integrity across systems and processesIdentify and recommend improvements to laboratory methods, workflows, and practices that drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savingsFoster a culture of compliance, safety, and continuous learning through engagement in training, quality record management, and audit readiness activitiesRequirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or a related scientific discipline3+ years of experience in a laboratory environment conducting analytical testing in compliance with GLP or ISO 17025 standardsHands-on proficiency with techniques such as UPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, titrations, pH measurement, or similar analytical methodsFamiliarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and digital documentation practicesStrong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practicesDemonstrated ability to work accurately in a high-throughput setting, handling multiple priorities within defined timelinesProficient in analyzing and interpreting quantitative data and ensuring its alignment with quality specificationsStrong communication skills (verbal and written) to convey technical information clearly and effectivelyHigh attention to detail with proven commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance in routine and complex testing tasksA highly engaged, positive, and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solvingAbility to contribute to a team-oriented environment while taking responsibility for personal deliverables and continuous skill developmentWhat We'll Do for YouOffer hands-on experience with advanced methodologies and laboratory technologies that shape our global quality practicesProvide opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional experts and contribute to innovation within Coca?Cola's technical ecosystemEnable your professional development through specialized training, exposure to global lab standards, and involvement in continuous improvement initiativesPosition you as part of a team that ensures product integrity, consumer trust, and delivery of safe, high-quality beverages across marketsThe Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
