Sales Representative

We are looking for highly motivated, initiative-taking individuals to work in a professional sales atmosphere. Looking for a relationship-based salesperson to build a client base from existing clients. NO COLD CALLING . The ideal candidate is honest, listens well, learns fast, and has at least three years of sales experience . We are building a new team of individuals that can earn six figures plus, with a base salary and sizeable commissions. This is a highly rewarding, in-office sales position in the heart of Woodland Hills. Compensation (\$40,000 Base plus commission) Salary with Bonus Program + Benefits and Health insurance. Motivated Salespeople are making over $100k. Responsibilities Work with existing clients on reaching their goals. Close transactions and follow up with additional information to close the transactions Telephone sales with existing clients. (No cold calling) Utilize CRM for organizational purposes. Quickly learn our product selection and commonly asked questions. Represent corporate ideals and ethics. Requirements Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to listen and determine client needs. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail. Quick learner and ability to study on their own. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
