We provide reliable staffing solutions to nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and private clients. We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and professional Marketing & Community Outreach Representative to help expand our presence throughout New Jersey. Job Summary The Healthcare Marketing & Community Outreach Representative will serve as the face of RJ Healthcare Services in the community. This role involves visiting healthcare facilities, building relationships with facility administrators and healthcare professionals, promoting our services, distributing marketing materials, attending networking events and job fairs, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Visit nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and healthcare organizations throughout New Jersey. Introduce and promote RJ Healthcare Services to facility administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), staffing coordinators, and other decision-makers. Distribute marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients. Represent RJ Healthcare Services at healthcare conferences, networking events, community events, and job fairs. Promote employment opportunities and recruit healthcare professionals, including CNAs, CHHAs, LPNs, and RNs. Track facility visits, contacts made, and business development activities. Provide regular reports on outreach efforts and potential leads. Assist with community engagement initiatives and brand awareness campaigns. Maintain a professional image while representing the company. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and facility leadership. Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Sales, marketing, healthcare, staffing, or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
