Dynamic And Energetic Customer Care Representative

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Care Representative for a leading manufacturing and packaging company in the North Conroe area. This is a temporary project 6-8 weeks with possible future opportunities. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $18/hr.

What You'll Do:

• Process customer orders and provide timely order updates
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems
• Assist with quotes, order tracking, billing inquiries, and general account support
• Resolve customer concerns while providing outstanding service
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order activity
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environment

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience preferred
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial customers is a plus
• Packaging industry experience is helpful but not required
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with ERP or CRM software such as SAP or Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a strong work ethic
• Stable work history preferred
