To best serve our customers, you'll need to be flexible and available to work standard hours, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.As a Customer Service Representative, you will step into the role of a trusted problem-solver and guide for our customers. From answering phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages to resolving issues quickly and professionally, you'll be the person customers turn to for help. You'll keep records of every interaction in our CRM system, ensuring no detail is missed. Your strong knowledge of our products and services will give you the confidence to provide accurate answers, while your empathy and patience will ensure every customer feels heard and valued. Collaboration with other departments will be part of your day as you work together to meet customer needs and improve overall service.
