Job Title Advise on all things MadCap Flare and Flare web architecture Analyze current MadCap Flare status and decide to either enhance or replace the tool Participate in all aspects of the Flare web project development life-cycle Document MadCap Flare processes and instructional procedures related to web content development Train and support technical writing staff on MadCap Flare-related topics Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by the department manager Deep experience with Flare web and application architecture Competency with related web technologies: Javascript, CSS, XML, HTML, HTML5 Basic working knowledge of server configuration Experience working in any Web based Content Management System Superior interpersonal and communication skills Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Skilled at collaborating with team members and partners Flexible and able to deal with frequently shifting priorities Ability to guide technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to perform complex MadCap Flare development tasks 2+ years developing MadCap Flare web architecture Software Technology Inc
