Deposit Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities Report processing, including email notifications, item reviews, and account deposits with accuracy and detail Respond to various channels of customer requests Assist customers with online banking needs Debit card maintenance Review and validate new account openings and documentation Support fraud prevention through account monitoring tasks Participate in testing, upgrades, and rollout of deposit system changes Collaborate with IT, Retail, and Compliance for seamless service delivery Wire processing Skills For Success Experience in financial services, banking, or another detail-oriented, tech-savvy role Prior ACH or check processing experience is preferred, but not required Comfort using online systems, mobile tools, and multiple computer programs at once A service-first mindset and strong communication skills Curiosity, accuracy, and a willingness to learn What is it like to be Premier?
