What You’ll Do * Build strong relationships with prospective residents and families. * Develop and manage a strong pipeline through outreach, tours, follow-up, networking, and events. * Showcase Kingston Bay and help families understand what makes our community special. * Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence. * Partner with the Executive Director and community team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. * Build relationships with referral partners and represent Kingston Bay throughout the Fresno community. * Track leads, follow-up activity, and sales progress. What We’re Looking For * Sales Experience: Senior living experience is a plus, but we welcome strong sales professionals from hospitality, healthcare, multifamily housing, and other industries. * Relationship Builder: You connect easily with people, listen well, and build trust. * Driven & Organized: You can manage multiple leads, stay on top of follow-up, and keep your pipeline moving. * People-Focused: You enjoy working with seniors and families and understand the importance of their decisions. * Team Player: You bring positive energy and work well with others to achieve shared goals.
