Qualifications & Experience:

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Prior experience in a school setting is essential
• Solid understanding of K-12 student needs and services
• Ability to adapt to multiple sites and support various caseloads
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students as part of an educational team
• Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and support IEP goals for each student
• Travel between multiple school sites (all onsite)
• Maintain organized documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student success
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development
