About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Athenian Body Shop & Sales Inc as an Automotive Painter! This exciting opportunity in Chicago Ridge, IL offers the chance to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
Apply paint using spray guns and other tools with precision.
Inspect painted vehicles for quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Perform minor body repairs as needed to ensure a flawless finish.
Stay updated with the latest painting techniques and technologies.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive painter or in a similar role.
Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
