Job Description:\n\nJoin the Chicago Blast It Clean Team!\n\nBlast It Clean is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team at our Bridgeview, Illinois location. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working as part of a team, and learning new skills in the industrial construction and coatings industry. Our crews perform industrial sandblasting, surface preparation, painting, and protective coating work for commercial and industrial clients. The work takes place in a variety of job-site environments, both indoors and outdoors. Employees should be comfortable with physically demanding work and working in different conditions throughout the year.\nWe value open communication, honesty, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Training will be provided on company procedures, safety requirements, equipment, sandblasting, painting, and coating processes. Familiarity with OSHA standards is required.\nA valid Illinois Non-CDL Class C driver’s license is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Employees should have reliable transportation for scheduled shifts.
