You will be joining an existing UX Design team responsible for two core pillars: building high‑efficiency AI tools that empower our employees and creating joyful, seamless AI experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Architect AI Workflows: Design proactive, agentic UI patterns for both complex internal operations and polished consumer applications. Execute in Figma: Build high‑fidelity prototypes, scalable design systems, and developer‑ready handoffs with precision. Bridge Design Engineering: Partner deeply with developers to ensure AI technicalities (latency, LLM outputs) result in a flawless user experience. Drive Impact: Transform manual employee tasks into efficient AI‑assisted workflows while maintaining a wow factor for customers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field Experienced: 5+ years in UX/UI with a strong foundational design background Preferred Qualifications AI‑Fluent: You understand how to design for the unique constraints and possibilities of generative AI. Figma Expert: Mastery of auto‑layout, components, and advanced prototyping is non‑negotiable. Collaborative: You have a proven track record of working as a peer to engineering teams to ship high‑quality code. Good communication skills Must be a US citizen or US national; US permanent residents or candidates requiring sponsorship cannot be considered.
