Real Estate Sales Showing Agent

We are a vibrant and productive real‑estate team seeking a Showing Agent to host open houses and support our Senior Buyer Agents. The ideal candidate is a licensed Realtor or currently taking real‑estate classes, with strong communication, organization, and driving skills. Responsibilities Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Coordinate and attend on‑site property inspections with clients so the process is smooth and timely Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes Keep the Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Qualifications Can spend a large amount of time driving Present yourself in a professional manner Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Self‑motivated and able to perform tasks independently Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend to get a real‑estate license Bilingual in Spanish/English Ability to use or quickly learn real‑estate‑specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies High school diploma Compensation $40,000–$50,000+yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
