Pioneer Agency is a fast-growing insurance agency providing life, health, and retirement solutions to individuals and families. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. No prior licensing is required; full support through the licensing process and comprehensive training are provided.Key Responsibilities:Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and develop tailored recommendations.Present and explain a range of insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and service.Manage and prioritize leads; conduct outreach and follow-up using company-provided systems (training provided).Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals.What We Offer:Step-by-step licensing assistance for candidates who are not yet licensed.Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.Remote work opportunities with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.Competitive commission-based compensation with bonus potential tied to performance.Lead support, sales resources, and a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for advancement.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation.Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a desire to build a career in insurance.Basic computer skills; willingness to learn company systems and tools.No prior insurance experience or license required; training provided.
