Compensation On‑target earnings: $90,000–$105,000 ($70,000 base), with uncapped commission. What You’ll Do Conduct in‑home walk‑through visits to assess member needs and capture tasks in the app. Run 5–6 walk‑throughs a day across the LA area. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of sales experience in high‑performance environments, such as startups or home services. Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to build relationships quickly and read people. Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and home systems. Knowledge of LA and comfort driving across the region. Growth mindset with a willingness to improve the playbook. Resilience, documentation focus, and ownership mentality. Success in 90 Days Improved walk‑through conversion rate. High‑quality first handyman visits. Strong partnership with marketing and inside sales. Field Requirements This is a field role based in Los Angeles.
