In addition to helping prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts, the candidate will assist with coordinating workshops, meetings, Field Days and other community events.MAJOR DUTIESSchedule meetings and maintain recordsManage program supplies and materialsEvent planning and workshop coordinationAssist with reporting on project activities (virtual and face-to-face)WORK ENVIRONMENTWork will take place in an office location - frequentlyWorkdays will take place on weekdays & occasional weekend (conferences and meetings)Working outdoors in various climates, hot and cold- occasionallyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The candidate will frequently be required to work in an office setting. On occasion, the candidate will be required to work outdoors in agricultural environments in the state of Georgia with temperatures ranging from 40-90&degree;F. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
