Tax Structuring Counsel - Family Office (Greenwich)

We’re working with a small, high-performing family office looking to add a Tax Structuring Senior Counsel. The role will have also have meaningful exposure to investment legal work and broader family office matters. A few highlights: Tax-heavy mandate – focus on structuring across a multi-strategy investment program (including cross-border / non-U.S. investor considerations) High-impact, judgment-driven role – more about advising and structuring than pure deal volume Lean, sophisticated environment – small team with direct exposure to senior decision-makers Broad scope – investment docs (LPAs, side letters, co-invests), governance, and some trust & estate overlay Flexible setup – 3 days a week in Greenwich office with very reasonable hours. Competitive Compensation They’re ideally looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience and strong tax training who’s interested in applying that skill set in a more commercial, multi-dimensional way. Please note, there is a strong preference for 3 days in office, but there could be flexibility for the right candidate.
