This is not a stereotypical fund administration role. You will combine technical fund accounting with client leadership, team development and process improvement, while helping clients leverage modern technology across complex closed-end fund structures.Key Responsibilities Include:Leading the day-to-day operations of a private equity fund accounting teamOverseeing NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls and distributionsReviewing fee calculations, profit and loss allocations and performance reportingManaging the creation and maintenance of complex waterfall modelsActing as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersManaging and developing client teams of up to 10 employeesResolving complex accounting enquiries escalated by junior team membersLeading fund audits and ensuring their timely completionManaging new client onboarding and fund transitionsImproving workflows, procedures and operational controlsSupporting recruitment, training and performance evaluationsSkills & Experience7+ years of private equity or alternative fund accounting experienceStrong knowledge of NAVs, allocations, waterfalls and financial reportingExperience managing clients and developing accounting teamsStrong systems, analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesInvestran experience is advantageousIf this sounds of interest and you are either a Manager ready to take the next step or a Director working at a firm that is behind the curve technologically, please reach out to me directly at [email protected].
