You will have the opportunity to enhance procedures and make new ones to improve over-all processes. You will regularly communicate with cross-functional team members to understand business needs and triage requirements to meet milestones. The Project Manager will have the ability to "think big", be creative and have fun while ensuring change is adopted over the long term.Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Sunnyvale HQ, 4 days a week.Your Day-to-DayDrive alignment and coordination across prioritized Finance initiativesSupport the Business Transformation team in optimizing project prioritization to ensure resources are focused on key business deliverablesPartner with functional leaders to ensure the right core team resources are assigned and performing effectivelyLead program planning processes, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with customer needs and experienceGuide cross-functional teams through problem resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective actionsDefine, delegate, and evaluate roles, responsibilities, goals, and deliverables for assigned projectsCommunicate program updates to functional management and executive leadershipLead change management efforts, including impact analysis, communication strategies and UATThink creatively and develop innovative approaches to drive long-term adoption of changeWhat You Bring to the Team5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering both strategic and tactical initiativesExperience in a SaaS environment preferredHands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash and Core Finance processesFamiliarity with CPQ and ERP systemsSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across functions and culturesAbility to engage with executive leadership, escalate issues, and propose effective solutionsProven ability to foster collaboration and teamworkExperience in business process improvement initiativesStrong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive informed decision-makingExcellent facilitation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex conceptsAdaptable and change-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining a positive outlook#LI-AN2Why Proofpoint?At Proofpoint, we believe that an exceptional career experience includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
