Senior Compensation Analyst

Business Segment Overview: Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you'll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies. Position Purpose: Evaluates and administers employee compensation programs such as benchmarking studies on salaries, short- and long-term incentives, and other forms of rewards. Responsibilities Primary duties will include:
- Compensation Strategy & Program Development: Partner with the Global Head of Total Rewards to develop and implement compensation plans, policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Annual Compensation Review Process: Administer the annual compensation process, working closely with the HRIS and HR Operations teams.
- Market Competitiveness & Pay Equity: Monitor compensation data to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with relevant regulations. Participate in salary surveys and update salary ranges based on market trends.
- Job Pricing & Benchmarking: Perform market pricing for new and revised positions. Benchmark compensation and equity practices against the market and recommend program improvements.
- Dashboards & Ad-Hoc Projects: Prepare compensation dashboards, as necessary. Conduct ad-hoc projects as required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, or a combination of experience in Human Resources and Compensation.
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing or consulting roles
- Knowledge of human resources and compensation, including knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations relating to compensation.
- Experience with benchmarking tools (WTW Compensation Software, Salary.com) or reporting tools (Tableau, Business Objects).
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote
