Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Hybrid Homebased Opportunity Location: Fairfax, VA 22030 Key Benefits and Advantages Attractive Benefits Plan Potential discretionary income: up to $6000 annual incentive bonus (paid monthly) Full‑time Monday‑Friday schedule; no weekends or late nights Small caseload Laptop provided Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Holidays + PTO Days (sick + vacation) Disability, Life, and other voluntary benefits 401(k) with match Position Description Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff Receive support from a Clinical Manager, including administrative support, scheduling help, and general assistance Required Experience and Education Certified as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms Physical ability to meet job demands including long periods of standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor EEO Statement: Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is an equal‑opportunity employer.
