Brooke Fay, our Clinical Director, has 10 years of experience as a BCBA and is a proven leader with a compassionate heart for our kiddos. About the Role As a BCBA at our Fairfax office, you will: Mentorship: You come as a leader in our organization and our team of RBTs need people who are passionate about the field like them. Collaborate: Our BCBAs collaborate daily and will provide and request input regularly. This is a large part of ABC Behavior's culture. Responsibilities What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field, with BCBA Certification. Skills: Experience with Motivity and Aloha systems is a plus. Strong time management, conflict resolution skills, and a passion for helping others are essential. An understanding of CPT codes will help you excel in this role. Pay range and compensation package Competitive Salary: Starting at $110K with potential for growth based on experience and performance.
