THE "DIRECT WORK" DIFFERENCE

At People First Services, we do things differently: We do not use RBTs. We operate on a direct-service model. This means you are the one working directly with the client. No Supervision Complexity: Maintain direct control over treatment fidelity and patient outcomes. You control the quality of the therapy because you are the one delivering it. Premium Pay for Direct Work: We pay you your full BCBA rate for the hands-on work. You get paid a clinician’s rate to do the engaging, therapeutic work that is usually delegated to technicians. Deeper Impact: Because you are doing the direct work, your caseload is manageable, and your relationship with the client is stronger.

While we do not offer health benefits, our pay rates are significantly higher than W2 positions, allowing you to purchase your own preferred plans and still take home more cash. 3. Meaningful Work with Adults Move beyond early intervention and rote trials. Engage in high-level problem solving, vocational support, and community integration. Work with a collaborative team (Vocational Rehab Counselors, employers, and families) to build real-world independence.

COMPENSATION

$120,000 - $160,000 Annually (Based on Full-Time hours). Bonuses: We provide a bonus every 6 months equivalent to a paid week off.
